Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Software Engineer, AI for the Bay Area (Hybrid). You will own full-stack development of customer-facing AI features, turning LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines into polished experiences like streaming chat and intelligent summaries.

You collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Product, and Design to ship end-to-end features, with a base salary of $190k–$240k plus equity in a fast-growing compliance tech environment.

My client, a fast-growing compliance technology company, is hiring a Software Engineer, AI to own the full-stack development of customer-facing AI features. This is a product engineering role, not platform/infra — you'll turn LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines into polished experiences like streaming chat, agentic workflows, and intelligent summaries, working closely with AI Engineers, Product, and Design

What You'll

• DoBuild AI-powered features end-to-end (React/TypeScript → Node.js/Python) with streaming and human-in-the-loop patter
