Job summary

Agentic AI in the Bay Area is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer to design and ship production-grade agentic AI systems that customers use to automate compliance workflows.

You will own the agent lifecycle, collaborate with product and design, and work with Python/TypeScript while leveraging LLMs and RAG to solve complex enterprise problems. This hybrid role offers significant ownership and career growth within a fast-moving AI platform.

Senior AI Product Engineer | Agentic AI | Bay Area (Hybrid) | $180,000–$260,900 + RSUs

Build production AI agents that redefine how enterprise companies achieve compliance.

Our client is a leading SaaS platform helping thousands of companies automate security, compliance, and risk management workflows. Having established a dominant position in the SMB market, they're now scaling into enterprise and making a significant investment in AI as a core pillar of their product strategy.

This isn't about AI copilots, chatbots, or internal tools. The team is building customer-facing agentic systems that can reason, take action, and help organizations achieve compliance outcomes autonomously. You'll join a small, high-impact engineering team with ownership from concept through production.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI systems used directly by customers
• Own the full agent lifecycle — prompting, orchestration, evaluation, debugging, iteration, and optimization

What We're Looking For
