Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Software Engineer, AI for the Bay Area (Hybrid). You will own full-stack development of customer-facing AI features, turning LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines into polished experiences like streaming chat and intelligent summaries.

You collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Product, and Design to ship end-to-end features, with a base salary of $190k–$240k plus equity in a fast-growing compliance tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping full-stack features in production.
• Hands-on LLM API experience with model prompts and tuning.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and streaming patterns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack development of customer-facing AI features.
• Deliver streaming chat, agentic workflows, and intelligent summaries.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product, and Design on API contracts.
• Build reusable patterns to accelerate future AI feature development.
