Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Software Developer for Harvester Works in East Moline, IL. You will join an agile product team to develop, test, and support software that helps improve manufacturing operations and business processes.

You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business partners to deliver customer value while building your technical and professional skills. You will write clean, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and apply modern practices such as version

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with React and TypeScript in application development.
Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
Ability to work independently within an agile team.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and services.
Participate in agile ceremonies like planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Write clean, well-tested code following engineering standards.
