Your Role at a Glance

As a Software Engineer at Spring Cash, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering our financing platform
• Develop new product features that improve onboarding, underwriting, and customer experience
• Work closely with product, sales, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation across all projects
• Contribute to architectural decisions as we scale our systems to support rapid growth
• Help shape engineering culture in a fast-growing fintech startup

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience (startup or fintech environment is a plus)
• Strong skills in modern backend languages (Node.js, Python, or similar) and API development
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) is a bonus
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Excited about building technology that directly impacts how brands grow and scale
