Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for roles based in New York (preferred) with other options in Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta or Fort Washington. The position offers a $225,000 base salary plus a 20% bonus and hybrid work with three days onsite.

You will build a predictive analytics platform, own core capabilities, and surface ML insights using Python, React and TypeScript, while shaping architectural decisions and collaborating with product managers

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building full stack software products.
• Excellent Python development skills and experience designing scalable APIs.
• Front-end expertise with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in product-focused or 0-to-1 environments.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or LLM-enabled applications.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term architectural considerations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in technology, fintech, real estate tech, or data-intensive environments is advantageous.

The Role
