Job summary

LeoForce in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale the core systems powering our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning product, infrastructure, and AI-driven systems to tackle real-world problems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years building production software, with strong Python backend skills (NodeJS acceptable) and full stack experience across React and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems.

We’re hiring software engineers to help design, build, and scale the core systems powering this platform. This is a highly cross functional role where you’ll work across product, infrastructure, and AI driven systems to solve complex, real world problems.

What You’ll Work On

• Building agentic systems that automate complex, multi step workflows end to end
• Designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and event driven architectures
• Developing AI powered features using LLMs in production environments
• Improving system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scales
• Building clean, intuitive user facing and internal tools
• Designing integrations with external platforms and services
• Evolving system architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexity

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems
• Strong backend fundamentals, Python preferred for backend focused engineers (NodeJS is fine too)
• Full stack experience across modern web frameworks (React and Typescript preferred)
• Experience with distributed systems, async processing, or event driven architectures
• Interest or experience in building AI native or LLM powered products

• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments
