Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented software engineer to join our team. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our models & systems. You will work closely with our engineering teams to identify and resolve problems, and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for models and systems
• Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PHP, SQL, and/or React.js
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
