We seek a Full-Stack Software Engineer 2 to join our Finance Technology Team to innovate and support growth through technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and collaborate with teams.
• Work independently with a bias for action and adaptability.
• Create high-quality, testable code with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
• Test all scenarios, ensuring quality and security standards.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Measure and understand performance and success of features.
• Identify performance issues and apply security best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years' experience with object-oriented languages like Java or Python.
• Recent experience with React, JavaScript, React Native, or Node.js.
• Experience with AWS services (Aurora, S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes/Docker.
• Test automation at all levels.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gitlab), Terraform, logging and metrics tools.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka/SQS.
• Experience supporting high-availability applications.
• Passion for innovation, clean code, and learning new tech.
