Required Qualifications

Software Engineering

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with advanced hands‑on Python development in production environments, preferably involving physical hardware or instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ownership of substantial software components or complete engineering projects.
• Experience with multithreading, asynchronous execution, event-driven systems, or concurrent processing.
• Strong debugging, code review, testing, and software design skills.
• Experience maintaining complex applications with multiple dependencies and interconnected components.

Robotics and Hardware Integration

• Direct experience developing or maintaining software that controls physical devices.
• Experience working with sensors, motors, actuators, cameras, controllers, or similar hardware.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and device-level debugging.
