Job summary

Jack, a fast-growing stealth startup, is building an AI-native platform to streamline complex operational workflows for consumer brands in a high-ownership, high-impact culture.

We are hiring a software engineer to build full-stack features, design scalable backend systems, and collaborate directly with customers in a hybrid NYC environment.

Own projects, work across frontend, backend, and integrations, and help shape product direction in an early-stage setting with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience working with APIs, asynchronous systems, webhooks, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and execute independently.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
