The Role

You will own features from initial problem definition through implementation and production, working on real customer problems rather than narrowly scoped engineering tickets. What We're Looking For

• Approximately 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent evidence of exceptional technical ability.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build production-quality applications.
• Experience working across multiple layers of a modern software stack.
• A track record of learning quickly and taking ownership beyond narrowly assigned tasks.
• Strong product judgment and an interest in understanding the underlying customer problem, not simply implementing specifications.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.
• High standards for technical quality while remaining pragmatic about shipping and iteration.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to give and receive direct, frequent feedback.
