Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our NYC-based engineering team. You will collaborate with frontend, backend, data, and integration engineers, gaining hands-on experience with our codebase and enterprise-grade software.

This role offers mentorship, real-world project exposure, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful workflows in regulated environments. You will write clean, tested code, participate in reviews, and gradually own larger features as you grow with the

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles and at least one modern programming language or framework.
• Demonstrated initiative through personal projects, research, or open-source work.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Excitement about working closely with a collaborative, highly skilled, in-person team.

Responsibilities

The Role
