The Role

This is a highly impactful Full Stack Engineering role focused on building scalable software products that automate complex compliance and operational workflows.

You’ll work across the entire technology stack, helping shape product direction, system architecture, and the adoption of emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop customer-facing web applications with a strong emphasis on usability and performance
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems that power core platform functionality
• Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities to automate workflows and enhance product intelligence
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and continuously improve engineering practices
• Implement testing, code review, and quality assurance processes to maintain high development standards
• Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful customer solutions
• Stay current on emerging technologies and help drive innovation across the engineering organization

What They’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience
• Strong experience building modern web applications across both frontend and backend systems
• Proficiency with technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Django, or comparable frameworks
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms and distributed system architectures
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and modern software development practices
