Recruiter Concierge is seeking a Software Engineer for our San Francisco, on-site team to design scalable backend services and APIs powering a modern AI-driven financial operations platform.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development, with a track record in distributed systems, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and building integrations across complex software ecosystems.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong backend or full-stack development experience to help build the infrastructure powering its rapidly growing platform.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems, simplifying fragmented data models, designing scalable APIs, and building products that directly impact thousands of customers. You’ll work alongside an experienced engineering team and have significant ownership over product architecture, integrations, and platform scalability.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $130,000 — $240,000
• Equity: 0.05% — 0.20%
