Job summary

PointOne is hiring in New York for an engineer to develop novel AI products and deliver new customer workflows. You will work directly with customers to distill needs into technical solutions and drive product outcomes. You will mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as the company scales.

This role requires ownership, autonomy, and a willingness to work in-person, as the team collaborates closely with customers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
• Strong product sense.
• High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
