PointOne Navigation, Inc. is seeking an engineer to help develop novel AI products and new customer workflows. This role offers ownership of critical projects and opportunities to shape product direction.

You will work directly with customers to translate needs into scalable solutions, mentor teammates, and help nurture a strong engineering culture through code reviews and pairing. In-person work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups or big tech.
• CS degree from a top university is required.
• Strong product sense and ownership to drive outcomes.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
