About the Role & Responsibilities

• Build key features used by cities, counties, and states, impacting millions of people.
• Incorporate user feedback across America.
• Partner with customers and product team to shape product features and vision.
• Contribute to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent‑government interactions.
• Work with a stack of React/TypeScript and Django/Python; experience in either is not required.
• Our team is based in Chelsea, NYC and is an in‑person team.
