Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a technology organization to hire a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer supporting the US Army. You will build and deliver analytical dashboards with Palantir Foundry, support CI/CD pipelines, and turn complex data into production-ready capabilities.

Working with senior engineers and government stakeholders, you will operate in two‑week sprint cycles across design, build, test and deployment, writing production-ready code in Python/TypeScript/Java and

• 1–3+ years' software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry highly desirable.
• Exposure to Foundry pipelines, Workshop/Slate and Ontology.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript and/or Java.
• Ability to independently build, test and deliver production-ready features.
• Comfortable working within agile engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building analytical dashboards using Foundry Workshop/Slate.

• Developing metric definitions and data transformations aligned with the Foundry Ontology.
• Writing and maintaining production-quality code.
• Testing and validating dashboards and underlying data.

• Identifying integration issues and resolving technical blockers.
• Producing technical documentation, configuration notes and runbooks.
• Participating in sprint planning, reviews and demonstrations with government stakeholders.

Salary: $75,000–$165,000 depending on experience

Certus Recruitment is partnering with a technology organization looking for a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help develop and deliver capabilities supporting the US Army.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll work with Palantir Foundry, building analytical applications and dashboards, supporting CI/CD pipelines and helping turn complex data into production‑ready capabilities.

Working alongside senior engineers and government stakeholders, you'll operate in two‑week sprint cycles and contribute throughout the development lifecycle – from design and build through testing and deployment.

What you'll be doing:

• Building analytical dashboards using Foundry Workshop/Slate
• Supporting Foundry pipelines and CI/CD configuration
• Developing metric definitions and data transformations aligned with the Foundry Ontology
• Writing and maintaining production-quality code

An existing Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This is a strong opportunity for an engineer who wants to deepen their experience with Palantir Foundry while working on complex, real‑world systems with meaningful end users.

Salary: $75,000–$165,000 depending on experience
