Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems for mission-critical offensive cyber operations in the NCR or San Antonio area. The role applies SAFe Agile methods to deliver scalable, secure applications within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include implementing features from user stories, writing clean code, and maintaining tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent substitution).
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Must be U.S. citizen.
• Must be located in NCR or San Antonio area.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards. Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays, and additional insurances.
