Benz Technology Inc in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Software Engineer to build and automate technical solutions that integrate into mission workflows. You\'ll develop portable, deployable software in Python and C++ and work closely with stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, US citizenship, and experience with Agile practices, unit testing, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Jira. You’ll contribute to CI pipelines, containerized deployments, and continuous improvement of analytic

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices including sprint planning.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality practices.
• Experience with GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions in Python and C++ for integration into operational workflows.
• Automate tradecraft and analytical processes to improve mission efficiency.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development cycles.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Build portable, deployable code packages for integration across environments.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
