Job summary

Benz Technology Inc seeks a process improvement specialist at Fort Meade, MD, to standardize onboarding, requirements intake, and engineering workflows across a large IT program. You will document processes, facilitate trainings, and coordinate best practices enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing and proposed processes, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation using Confluence, Jira, and Git.
• Standardize onboarding processes, documentation practices, and requirements intake workflows.
• Facilitate project team activities through group facilitation, interviews, and training sessions.
• Coordinate transfer of new processes and best practices across multiple project teams.
• Apply process engineering methodologies across all phases of acquisition and development.
• Serve as an enterprise-wide integration point between project teams to align engineering efforts.
