Job summary

Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for our largest PRIME contract in Columbia, MD. This fully funded role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and offers engaging work on end-to-end software services within a mission-focused environment.

You will design and maintain full-stack applications, build ETL workflows, apply AI/ML to accelerate analysis, and ensure scalable data processing. Competitive compensation and rich benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• 12 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience using AI/ML tools to accelerate data analysis and engineering solution development.
• Experience with Kafka and streaming analytics.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Exposure to dataflow, data science, or mission analytics.

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
