Job summary

Soundtrace is seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain a platform used by thousands of workers for hearing health. You’ll work across the full stack from frontend to APIs and cloud infra, shipping features that protect people.

You’ll collaborate with product, design and clinical teams, participate in code reviews and sprint planning, and contribute to testing, CI/CD and monitoring. 2–5 years of experience and strong web tech background preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid grounding in common web technologies — modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, server‑side development, and relational databases.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup where you wear multiple hats.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communicator who can work effectively with non‑technical teammates.

About This Role

As a Software Engineer at Soundtrace, you’ll build and maintain the platform that tens of thousands of workers depend on for their hearing health. From audiometric testing workflows to real‑time compliance dashboards, you’ll work across the full stack to ship features that directly protect people. The specific tech stack can be shared during the interview process — assume common web technologies.
