Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer to develop enterprise-level applications using C# and Angular. You will prototype concepts with senior engineers and contribute to performance, scalability, and distributed processing while modernizing legacy products with cloud technologies.

You will participate in the SDLC from inception to deployment, collaborate with QA on testing and tuning, translate business needs into technical specs, and build RESTful APIs in a CI/CD environment using Azure, AWS,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience in a team environment.
• 4+ years of C#/.NET Core backend development experience.
• 4+ years of SQL Server 2012 or higher experience.
• 4+ years of frontend development experience.
• 2+ years of Angular, .NET, Bootstrap, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and HTML experience.
• 2+ years of experience building RESTful APIs.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
• Experience building microservices using RESTful APIs.
• Experience aligning code with CI/CD processes using JIRA, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience developing and implementing cloud applications, preferably with Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without present or future employer sponsorship
