Job description

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
• Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Manage or work with Azure cloud infrastructure and services including AKS, Service Bus, and App Insights
• Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD B2C (Microsoft Entra External ID)
• Implement AI solutions and optimize database design and performance
• Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems
• Lead or contribute to multiple AI initiatives while coordinating with engineering leads, product managers, architects, and offshore teams
• Lead Agile development teams delivering enterprise SaaS applications
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Establish coding standards, design principles, and development best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure maintainable, high-quality code
• Mentor developers
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or serving as a Technical Lead
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server
• Strong experience with Angular (v12+) and TypeScript
• 2+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production AI systems
• Experience delivering AI initiatives independently in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and RAG systems
• Extensive experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Azure AD B2C (Microsoft Entra External ID), OAuth 2.0, and JWT
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Experience conducting technical design reviews and code reviews
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms is required
