Objective Area Solutions seeks an experienced Intermediate II Software Analyst Documentation Specialist to lead the documentation of a complex, database-driven application used across federal stakeholders. The role focuses on producing an authoritative, standards-compliant documentation package reflecting current system behavior and structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Valid Real ID or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• US citizen and reside in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive documentation of a complex, database-driven application used across federal stakeholders.
• Produce a complete, accurate, and industry standards–compliant documentation package reflecting the current system state.
• Analyze database structures, system workflows, and application behavior; reconcile and incorporate existing documentation; identify current functionality vs. deprecated components.
• Collaborate with the System SME to validate findings and ensure completeness and accuracy.
