Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Reversal Promotions (RPP) service, a two-pizza team within Promotions Purchase Experience (PPEX) that owns the promotions calculation core on checkout. You will own the team’s services, roadmap, operational health, and talent development; drive down on-call load and collaborate across TPMs, Product, and checkout/fulfillment teams.

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leading multi-tier web services initiatives.
• 1+ years of lifecycle leadership across software development.
• 1+ years building large-scale distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++.
• 1+ years of distributed programming and service-oriented architecture.
• 5+ years in Software Engineer or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Knowledge of full SDLC practices and operations.
