Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the MAC Analytics and MAC feature automation framework team. Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of the full software/hardware/network development lifecycle activities.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• 5+ years of industry experience with Telecom, Data Plane networking or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SDEs focused on MAC analytics and automation.
• Set technical direction and priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term investments.
• Drive career development with regular coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MAC domain experts, release teams, and platform teams.
• Own the vision and delivery of MAC Analyzer with ML-based anomaly detection.
