PACCAR is seeking an Application Development Manager to lead a team delivering and modernizing business applications for PACCAR Financial. The role partners with stakeholders, IT leaders, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable and value-driven solutions.

You will drive Agile delivery, mentor teams, and oversee project governance across complex platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing large programs, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of modern and legacy systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' related work experience to include staff management, large scope project management, and industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans across multiple teams and partners.
• Prioritize pipeline and manage delivery capacity with IT leadership.
• Ensure security, audit, risk, and continuity requirements are met.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PACCAR Financial and vendors.
• Mentor analysts, developers and delivery team members.
