Job summary
Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, seeks an IT Program Supervisor to lead IT programs and enterprise applications from its on-site operations in McKinney, TX. You will coordinate developers, analysts, and support staff, driving technology strategies that support business objectives.
You will partner with PACCAR IT teams and stakeholders, ensuring governance, security, and agile delivery, while focusing on continuous improvement and staff development to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
- Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and technology project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop technical teams including developers, analysts, and support staff.
- Oversee multiple technology programs, projects, and initiatives with KPIs.
- Oversee development, testing, and support of enterprise business applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, PACCAR IT teams, vendors and partners to align initiatives with goals.
- Promote Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement across programs.
