PACCAR is seeking an IT Program Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards. You will oversee enterprise applications, guide teams of developers and analysts, and partner with PACCAR IT and business leaders to deliver reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, governance, and continuous improvement, with an on-site, non-remote work arrangement in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive IT experience.
• At least two years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams including developers, analysts, and support staff.
• Oversee multiple IT programs and projects, managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Partner with business stakeholders and PACCAR IT teams to align tech initiatives with goals.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement across programs.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate project status, risks, and mitigations to leadership.
• Drive technology modernization and governance to ensure secure, reliable solutions.
