Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts, developers, and delivery teams in partnership with business units.
• Oversee project pipeline, prioritization, and resource allocation with cross-functional teams.
• Define and track project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
• Promote modern development practices, automation, and AI-enabled tooling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with vendors and Corporate IT to ensure successful deployments and operations.
