Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field; five years of professional level work experience; at least two years of supervisory experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing software development strategies.
• Developing and managing contracts, budgets, and procurements; hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Creating and implementing/improving operational support processes.
• Creating and sustaining meaningful and positive customer interactions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field
