Job summary

VeriPark is seeking a Software Development Manager in the United States to lead the VeriTouch product engineering team built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will drive technical direction, oversee architecture and development processes, and mentor engineers to deliver a scalable, enterprise-grade solution for the banking domain.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365/Power Platform experience, plus 5+ years in management, and a strong track record

Qualifications

15+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies; at least 5+ years in a managerial role.
Banking domain experience for minimum 5 years.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional software development teams including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
Oversee design, development, and architecture of VeriTouch on the Power Platform including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and ensure scalable, secure product delivery.
Align technical roadmaps with business objectives and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
