Qualifications

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of engineering experience.
8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
1+ years of technical leadership and project management across the SDLC.
1+ years developing large-scale distributed systems using Java, C++, or C#.
1+ years using service-oriented architecture for distributed software.
5+ years as Software Engineer/Developer in relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and hire aggressively to build a high-functioning SDE and Salesforce Developer team.
Define and drive organizational vision and goals with senior leaders.
