You will own the long-term roadmap, drive cross‑functional collaboration, oversee data pipelines, and ensure reliability and quality while mentoring staff and advancing a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years building data solutions in cloud environments; 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong Python and SQL; ability to review code.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of data engineers and analysts; hiring, mentoring, and performance.
• Own long-term roadmap for the data platform; balance infra, pipelines, analytics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate needs into technical deliverables.
• Oversee design and operation of data pipelines across streaming datasets and APIs.
• Set on-call expectations and ensure production data workloads have monitoring and incident response.
• Stay hands-on; review code and prototype solutions alongside the team.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and cross-organizational impact.
