Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years leading software development teams.
- Experience managing Agile software delivery organizations.
- Experience building enterprise software and cloud APIs or integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for customer-specific development.
- Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning.
- Set priorities aligned with customer commitments and product roadmaps.
- Promote engineering standards, automation, and modernization.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional partners to deliver to production.
