Job Title

Software Development Engineer 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
• Collaborate with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow.
• Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Contribute to continuous delivery practices using CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks (ATF).
• Possess development experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility and adaptability across different technology stacks.

Required Experience:

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
• Demonstrable exposure to scripting within the ServiceNow Domain, such as Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Spokes, and/or outside of ServiceNow (JavaScript).
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and at least two Certified Implementation Specialist credentials are a plus.
• Experience working in a multi-cloud and DevSecOps environment is a strong advantage.
