Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SDK features and functions;
• Design and implement features aimed at enhancing the functionality of our SDK products;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer use cases and define the desired user experience;
• Engage with customers to understand their objectives and needs, then translate these insights into solutions for our team to deliver;
• Oversee the release of SDK packages;
• Prioritize and address critical customer issues, offering technical guidance during customer interactions; and
• Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization to drive feature delivery, streamline processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
• Must have 2 years of experience in the relevant occupation;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Java;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Android development (Java) and iOS development (Objective-C);
• Must have 2 years of experience in Cloud technologies (e.g., Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs);
• Must have 2 years of experience in Hybrid framework development (React Native, Flutter);
• Must have 2 years of experience in Windows development (C++) and macOS development (Objective-C);
• Must have 2 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming and System Design.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.
