We’re looking for a highly motivated Software Developer Engineer to join the team building Adobe’s next-generation AI-first marketing application. This platform is redefining customer engagement workflows with speed, agility, and full-stack productivity for modern marketers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, and deploy critical components of a new Agentic App, delivering production-grade solutions.
- Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans.
- Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer‑centric features.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4–9 years of hands‑on software development experience.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design.
- Proven expertise in Java, Scala, Python, C++ or GO and clean architecture principles.
- Experience with Campaign Execution systems and Generative AI is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and “always‑up” systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and container orchestration tools like Argo CD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high‑quality software.
Pay Range
U.S. pay range for this position: $139,000 – $257,550 annually.
California: $177,900 – $257,550.
