Adobe is looking for a Director of Engineering for its Agentic Product, an AI-native experience. In this role, you will lead technical execution and ensure product quality. You’ll manage and grow an engineering team focused on delivering innovative capabilities and drive strategic execution while partnering closely with Product management.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading high-performing teams in AI/ML product engineering and possesses a strong technical background, as well as excellent product sensibility.
Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity — where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work hand in hand. As the Director of Engineering, Agentic Product, you will lead the technical execution of Adobe's Agentic Product: the AI-native experience that brings generative models, creative intelligence, and decades of differentiated Adobe capabilities together into a coherent, high-quality product for creators used by hundreds of millions of people every day. You’ll partner directly with Product leadership to define, build, and ship agentic experiences that meaningfully change how creators work. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end product quality of the agent: its capabilities, its behaviors, and the experience it delivers across surfaces. This is a focused, product-minded engineering leadership role — you are accountable for what the agent does and how well it works, not for the underlying platform or ecosystem packaging. This is a rare opportunity to build a new, AI-native engineering team and practices that will define Adobe's most visible AI product. The right person brings experience leading engineering teams that ship high-quality, user-facing AI experiences, a strong point of view on what “great” looks like for creative AI, and the ability to raise the bar in a space that is moving fast. Senior Director-level may be considered for those with the right experience and technical depth.
