Mujin US is seeking a Robotics Software Developer to join our Fleet Management team in Suwanee, GA. You will design, implement and test software for autonomous fleet management across AMRs/AGVs in production and distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field (or PhD with robotics focus).
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and real-time systems.
• Background in multi-agent pathfinding or task assignment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and maintain software for autonomous fleet management, including task assignment, multi-agent motion planning and plan execution frameworks.
• Build robust interfaces between hardware and software for AMRs/AGVs.
• Optimize algorithms for scaling and balance tradeoffs for production systems.
• Write production-quality code that runs in near real-time and deploys in simulation and real-world environments.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication between robots and enterprise platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in software development.

Mujin Corp is looking for talented Robotics Software Developers to join our Fleet Management team to push the boundaries of autonomous robotic systems. You will develop cutting-edge robotics technology, including design, implementation, and testing of algorithms that run on numerous robots in real-time. Our applications are safety critical and involve autonomous interactions with the surrounding world in an uncontrolled environment. You will test and deploy your work in simulation and the real world on various off-the-shelf and in-house robotics hardware. You will contribute to the development of ambitious and innovative projects as part of a dedicated team of world-class engineers.

Position Description

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field or PhD with education combination of 2+ years of experience in robotics software development, industrial automation, or similar industry .
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in multi-agent pathfinding or task assignment in lifelong and online domains.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2.
• Experience with real-time systems.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.
• Travel Requirement: Less than 20%, domestically and internationally.
