Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program
• At least 6 earned college credit hours related to computer science
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required. Must display maturity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve end-user problems.
• Interact with end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
• Analyze problems, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
• Apply requirements definition, data analysis, and software design across technologies.
• Integrate requirements and design standards into tested software that meets business needs.
• Present work, projects, and learnings to stakeholders.
• Participate in a company volunteer activity with interns.
