Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS or related field.
• Knowledge of software development technologies (NodeJS, Angular, .NET, MongoDB, SQL).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and develop creative technical solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
• Active participation in team ceremonies for work breakdown, estimation, sequencing, and continuous improvement.
• Full stack development opportunities for new features.
• Contribute to creating inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly websites by applying WCAG best practices.
• Develop business knowledge of the application necessary to effectively provide support maintenance.
