Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will collaborate with functional teams, design procedures, and support third-party applications while ensuring equity-minded service and effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Experience with OnBase workflow or OnBase API preferred.
• Experience with third-party integrations and student information systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OnBase workflows and integrations for Student Administration systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Provide production support for third-party applications and transcript systems.
