Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Developer certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, specifically with full-stack software development and UI/UX preferred.
• The ability to problem solve and think quickly and critically.
• The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• The ability to manage projects in an efficient and well-organized way.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Asp.NET with C#.
• Javascript (JQuery for legacy apps, React/Redux/Typescript for new apps).
• Modern CSS/HTML (less, sass, postcss).
• SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS a plus).
• Must adhere to Henderson standards for programming, design, and documentation.

Utilizing cutting edge technologies, the employee develops and maintains internally facing business applications that can automate complex internal workflows, provide insights using historical data, and improve tools that employees use daily to ensure everyone is performing at the highest quality. The employee ensures applications are user-friendly, effective, and adhere to technical standards. In addition, the employee will solve complex technical problems, mentor and train less-experienced technical employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.

• Developer certifications preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, specifically with full-stack software development and UI/UX preferred.

• The ability to problem solve and to think quickly and critically.

• The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• The ability to manage projects in an efficient and well-organized way.
