Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to support Customer Order Management and Supply Chain applications in a hybrid Atlanta environment.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Java Spring Boot services integrated with modern frontend frameworks and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teammates, and promote best practices in Agile, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of software development & implementation experience or related experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Own full software development lifecycle for projects, enhancements and fixes.
• Manage user issues and ticketing related to application problems.
• Identify risks and issues; escalate and document recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Mentor less experienced developers and guide Scrum/Kanban practices.
• Assist deployments including night-time product rollouts after store closures.
• Establish programming guidelines with leads and management.
• Integrate new products and solutions for continuous improvement.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Analyze data to solve business issues and provide customer-focused service across projects.

PurposeThis position is responsible for developing and supporting capabilities for Customer Order Management and Supply Chain management related applications.
