Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Software Developer to support a large-scale ERP system and collaborate with internal customers, IT teams, and external partners to deliver effective software solutions.

You will translate functional specifications into working software, develop reports, and provide training documentation to users, ensuring alignment with business needs and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years delivering software solutions for large ERP systems, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Technical Manager - Software.
• Perform day-to-day support of the large-scale ERP system.
• Conduct meetings with internal customers, IT teams and external companies.
• Manage large-scale projects with external consultants to meet requirements and timelines.
• Develop software to accomplish business solutions.
• Collaborate with software team to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Plan, prioritize and execute assigned activities.
• Follow functional specs from Business Analysts to develop software solutions.
• Develop reports using large-scale reporting systems.
• Recommend enhancements to maintain a state-of-the-art ERP.
• Ensure ERP aligns with business requirements.
• Create and deliver documentation along with training for internal customers.
• Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users.
• Work well in a team environment and alongside external partners.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Technical Discipline Preferred
• 5+ years of experience providing Software Development solutions for Large-Scale ERP Systems; Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. desired

Job Duties:

Environment:

• Office Hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. plus additional hours as needed
