The client is open to candidates who do not have prior ERP experience but are willing to learn JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This is a full‑time role with a fixed base salary of $90,000 plus a $10,000 annual bonus paid in two installments. The role also offers exposure to modern initiatives, including AI‑related enhancements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software development supporting large-scale ERP systems
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Technical Manager – Software Development
• Provide day‑to‑day support for a large‑scale ERP system
• Participate in meetings with internal business users, IT teams, and external partners
• Manage and support large‑scale projects, including coordination with external consultants
• Develop software solutions based on business requirements and functional specifications
• Collaborate with software development teams to deliver business‑aligned solutions
• Plan, prioritize, and execute assigned development tasksBuild reports using enterprise reporting tools
• Recommend system enhancements and improvements to maintain ERP effectiveness
• Ensure ERP alignment with evolving business needs
• Create documentation and deliver training to end users
• Provide timely and professional support to internal stakeholders
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners

Work Environment

• Onsite role based in Florence, MA
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours as needed
